The Challenge

Email HTML is a nightmare. Everyone knows it. Nobody fixes it.

HTML email is stuck in 1999. Nested tables. Inline styles. Outlook conditionals. Something that looks perfect in Gmail renders as garbage in Yahoo and disappears entirely in Outlook.

The options aren't great:

  • Build it yourself — Spend hours debugging nested tables at midnight
  • Use a drag-and-drop builder — Locked behind a $30/month subscription for something you use twice a month
  • Buy a free template — Looks like a free template. Your audience can tell.
  • Hire a developer — $500+ per email template

The gap: affordable, production-ready email templates that look good, render everywhere, and don't require coding or a monthly subscription.

What I Built

Fill in a form. Get an email that works everywhere.

The Core Product

EmailKits is a form-based email template builder. Users pick a layout, type in their content — headlines, body copy, images, links, colors — and get production-ready HTML output. No code. No drag-and-drop. Just content in, email out.

Compatible with every major email platform: Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, Buttondown, SendGrid. Paste the HTML and send.

The Template Library

6 purpose-built templates, each designed for a specific use case:

  • The Weekly — Clean newsletter layout with sections. For regular sends.
  • Welcome Flow — Warm onboarding sequence for new subscribers.
  • Launch Day — Bold product announcement template.
  • The Digest — Curated links and roundup format.
  • Big Update — Feature drops and company announcements.
  • Plain & Simple — Text-forward, no-frills layout for when the writing matters more than the design.

Every template tested across 60+ email clients before release. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile — all covered.

The Pricing Model

One-time payments. No subscriptions. That's the whole pitch.

  • Single ($19) — 1 template, full customization, 60+ client testing, commercial use
  • Bundle ($29) — All 6 templates + future releases, commercial use
  • Agency ($39) — Everything, plus client-use commercial license, priority support, custom branding removal

Free Template Funnel

One free newsletter template available via email signup. Production-ready, tested across clients, no strings. Gets users into the product and onto the list.
